The hotel is partially renovated, but not completely. Some rooms are still waiting for renovation. We stayed half board and the breakfast and dinner were fantastic. Definitely recommend to purchase. The service is very nice and helpful. The hotel has its own parking lot. Very fast and stable Wi-Fi at the hotel. Excellent location of the hotel right by the cable cars. Relatively small bathroom. Overall we were satisfied and would definitely recommend.

Was amazing, most staff only spoke Italian, some could speak English tho. After skiing, there was a nice hot tub and spa rooms to relax in. For breakfast, it was a good variety of stuff in a buffet. Dinner was amazing. It was always 4-5 courses of food and was probably my fav part

Family owned hotel with a perfect location close to the center. Great facilities for skiing and very attentive and professional staff. Definitely great value for money, we will come back

We were not the easiest group of guests (for different reasons), but the hotel staff was always highly professional and very kind. Couldn’t recommend the hotel more, we had an incredible time thanks to the team working there. Special shout-out to the chef in hotel’s restaurant - the food was simply exquisite every night...including kids menu!! Definitely will come back!

Lovely hotel, great staff. Ski in Ski Out, ski Lockers with Boot Heaters, good parking, and overall location. Overall price equals the value that I received. I would stay again. Tile in the bathroom is super cute.

A well equipped hotel for all types of winter sports. Shy of a couple of meters from the Pradalago cable car lift. The hotel is equipped with ski lockers, available for all clients. Central location, near all amenities, just a five minute walk from the city centre. The breakfast is very well presented and abundant, with local produce, home made delicacies, including freshly baked pastries. Along with bees wax, and on the spot pancake preparation in front of the patrons. The lounge is spacious and inviting, along with a very elegant restaurant. The sauna and jacuzzi area is a very nice trove, especially after an extended day on the slopes.
